Exchange Only on Regular Priced Items.
All Sale or 'As Is' items are Final Sale.
  
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Willow+Wicker will allow for exchange of another item of equal or greater value within 14 business days of the date of purchase. Please inform us by email at hello@willowwicker.com and include your full name and order number.  Product(s) must be in original condition with all tags and packaging to be eligible for exchange. If the item is not in such condition, has been used or altered, you will not be offered an exchange and the item will be returned to you. Original shipping cost is final sale and will not be included in the exchange. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling of the exchanged item(s).

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your item is defective or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost. Please inform us immediately by email at hello@willowwicker.com. The item must be returned to us within 14 business days of the date of purchase; address will be provided once email is received, reviewed and approved.
